New World Record Freediving Constant Weight AIDA for Alessia Zecchini from Italy

This Saturday, May 5, 2018, during the Nirvana Oceanquest 2018 International Freediving Competition, which takes place in San Andres, Colombia from May 3 to 9, the Italian freediver Alessia Zecchini imposed a new world record in the Constant Weight category (with monofin), endorsed by the  International Association for the Development of Apnea (AIDA).

Alessia registered a mark of -105 meters deep, surpassing the previous record of -104 meters, which had been in her possession since May 2017 made in the Bahamas.
