1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 DENOMINATION:
\nThe Hungarian Divers Federation with the legal authorization of the Confederation Mondiale des Activit\u00e9es Subacuatiques ( CMAS ) is to organize the XII. CMAS Finswimming World Cup 2017 between 24th \u2013 26th February 2017.
\nThe Federation, through its fully owned body, MBSZ Nonprofit Kft., specialized to organise championships will do the operational work of the World Cup. Payments are due to be addressed to its bank account (see details below)<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 PARTICIPATION RULES AND RACES
\nThe competition is governed by CMAS Finswimming Rules, by CMAS Finswimming World Cup Rules, and by the present Particular Rules that every athlete, – with his\/her enrolment – affirms to know and agrees to strictly follow. CMAS regulations can, and should be seen at the following link.

\nRegardless of the world cup regulation competitors in any category can participate, but medals only be given in category \u201cA\u201d race.

All team members of all National Federations have to be affiliated to CMAS.
\nClubs need to send agreements from their national federations affiliated to the Finswimming Commission of the CMAS Sports Committee.
\nAll athletes must be in the possession of \u201cCMAS licenses\u201d.
\n– Clubs and national federations are entitled to participate in the CMAS Finswimming World Cup
\nRace.
\n– Each competitor can take part in a maximum of three (3) individual races and one (1) relay.
\n– Each team can enroll a maximum of two (2) swimmers into each individual race.
\n– In the course of a given year an athlete is entitled to participate only on behalf of one (1) club.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 COMPETITION FIELD
\nThe competition will take place in Eger-Hungary, in the Bitskey Alad\u00e1r covered swimming pool.
\nThe swimming pool has a length of 50m, a width of 8 lanes and a depth of 2m. Electronic scoreboard informs about the results and about 1500 spectator\u2019s can take seats in the arena. The temperature of the water is 26 \u00b0C +1\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0PRELIMINARY PROCEDURES
\nAll sport documents of the swimmers will be checked at the swimming pool on Friday 24th February 2017 starting as of\u00a0 12:00 noon.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 TIMER
\nThe timekeepers of the swimming pool of Eger will record times through electronic measuring and recording system.<\/p>\n

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CLASSIFICATIONS
\nThe classifications will be based on times registered by the timekeepers. Results will be compiled according to CMAS score. For all distances no final race is held.
\nIndividual, as well as club classifications are recorded.
\nIndividual: For each distance there are four classifications. (Male, Female, Junior, Senior)
\nClub: The classification will be compiled by the total points of each club member according to the following CMAS scoring table:

7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 PRIZES
\nIndividual prizes: medals will be given to the first three classified athletes in every individual race and in every relay.<\/p>\n

Team prizes: Each club will be given prizes.
\nBest team will be awarded a trophy.
\nAward ceremonies will take place during the competition, so athletes involved must be at the\u00a0\u00a0 disposal of the organizing staff on time. During the ceremony athletes involved must wear\u00a0 the official uniforms of their team.
\n8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 RESPONSIBILITY
\nThe Hungarian Divers Federation, C.M.A.S., the Competition Director, Competition Officers and the Chief Judge are not responsible for accidents or damage caused to people and objects before, during or after the competition. The organizer during the competition ensures the presence of qualified medical assistance.

\nAS A RULE AND PRECONDITION, ALL ATHLETES ACCEPT THE ABOVE REFERED RULES AS PRE-CONDITION OF THEIR PARTICIPATION

\nBased on organizational exigencies, the present programme could be without pre-notice, any time modified. Participating teams will get all necessary information about the changes on time. Swimmers must be available for the Start Judge with their complete equipment at last 10 minutes before races start. At the specific request of a participating club the organizers have the right to accept and insert an athlete or a relay at any time at their discretion, in or outside the official classification.
\nAny other rule concerning the competition can be found in the C.M.A.S. Finswimming Rules.

\nThe only valid application form that must be filled in is supplied as an attachment to this set of rules.

In that case a proforma invoice would be issued and sent to the payee, so safe payment can be effected.<\/p>\n

\nIn case participating clubs wish to arrive earlier to conduct training in Eger a full board services is offered, paying the pro-rata charge as indicated above.
\nSwimming pool lines are charged separately.<\/p>\n

Athletes\u00a0 not using the full board accommodations offered by the Organizing Committee and\u00a0 arrange their accommodation on an individual basis are required to pay 50 \u20ac\/person organizing fee.<\/p>\n

TRANSPORTATION
\nIn case of need the transfer from Airport Budapest to Eger and back to Airport Budapest can be arranged by the organizers at a cost of 85 \u20ac \/ person in case of groups of more than 8 persons. For teams of 5-8 persons the transportation fee will be of 115 Euros. In case of 4 or less persons specific price will be applied. \u00a0The cost of individuals will depend on the actual transportation cost of the company operating the airport shuttle service. Airport-Eger-Airport transfer can be insured only if the pre-entry deadline of 1st February 2017 is observed.<\/p>\n

The booking deadline will be on the 1st February 2017. After this deadline prices will be increased by 10 %.
