On 22 February, in Utoro, Japan, Yasuko Ozeki successfully set a new World record in DYN-Dynamic with fin (under ice) with wetsuit discipline. The new Women record DYN under ice (wetsuit) is 126 meters.

This record marks two world records, one from the Guinness Book of World Records and one from the CMAS, the World Underwater Federation as sports organization.
