🇮🇹 Fabrizio Pagani of Italy sets two New CMAS World Records for freedivers with disabilities

From March 12 to 14, 2021, the “Speciali, Diversamente” event organized by the Italian Federation of Sport Fishing and Underwater Activities (FIPSAS) took place in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy, in which freediving and finswimming athletes with disability participated.

During the event, Italian freediver Fabrizio Pagani set two new World Underwater Federation (CMAS) freediving world records by performing 77.21 meters in dynamic without fins and 129.47 meters in dynamic with bi-fins. Pagani, whose disability is the lack of his right leg, surpassed his own previous world records of 72.80 and 125 meters, respectively, made in november 2020.
